$20.96 per hour plus

ShiftDifferential:

$1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours:

2nd Shift;Monday-Thursday 1:00PM to 11:30PM; Friday Overtime/Holidays asneeded

JOB SUMMARY

Nutra Blend is an industry leader inmanufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral,micro-ingredients and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

The Production Operator is the front-line employee who performs themanufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputsand create the final high-quality final products. There are avariety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family thatcould range in specific duties from receiving and handling the rawmaterials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes,to packaging the final product. In all stages of production safety,attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiencyare key to the success of the operation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 6plus months of manufacturing experience required
• Basic computerskills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Age:

  18 years or older

• Comprehension:

  Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbaland written instructions.

• Critical Thinking:

  Using logic andreasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternativesolutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Able to lift 50lbs
• Frequent movementincluding walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting,pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other activemovements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protectiveequipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include coldand/or hot environments for extended periods and may include workin environments where dust is present
