Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Production Line Workers for a Temp-to-Hire (T2H) opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in production or manufacturing , with a preference for food production experience . This role requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment on a production line Handle, move, and pack products efficiently and safely Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting required Food production experience preferred Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and good attendance history
