  3rd Shift Production Operator

• Job Description
• The Production Worker will be responsible for feeding precut corrugated sheets into machines that print, score, perforate, and slot them for forming into boxes, displays, or other items.

This role involves lifting, packing, stacking, and assisting operators with machinery, with potential advancement to operators in finishing or flexo printing areas. Duties include adjusting scoring, perforating, and slotting disks or knives in machines using tools like wrenches and tape measures, and possibly operating an EFI Machine for printing on boxes.

• Responsibilities
• + Feed precut corrugated sheets into machines. + Adjust scoring, perforating, and slotting disks or knives using tools. + Assist machine operators and perform general labor tasks. + Lift and stack products repetitively. + Operate various machinery including EFI Machine for box printing. + Inspect and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience in production and general labor. + Ability to operate machinery and perform assembly tasks. + Forklift operation skills. + Proficiency in machine operation and inspection. + Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Good mechanical aptitude. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Capability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly, up to 360 times per hour.

• The work environment is loud and non-temperature controlled, requiring a fast-paced and adaptable approach. 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with overtime as needed throughout the week.

• This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, Missouri.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
