TK’s Gourmet Seafood Products is a growing food manufacturer specializing in premium seafood pies, bisques, gumbos, and other Gulf Coast favorites. We’re looking for a reliable Food Production Specialist to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality production as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and participate in daily food production Follow standardized recipes and production procedures Oversee ingredient prep, cooking, and packaging Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards (HACCP/GMP) Assist with quality checks and production documentation Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Previous experience in food manufacturing or commercial food prep a plus Solid understanding of food safety practices and standards Detail-oriented and hands-on work ethic Seafood experience is a plus
