Location Raymond, Ohio Job PurposeLead NA regional manufacturing data reporting system (MDRS) as thebusiness system expert by developing and directing system strategy,standardization and diffusion across all North Americanmanufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlledprocesses are in place to maximize business value and support plantcharacteristics enhancement. Key Accountabilities Drive the development and implementation of strategiesincluding plans & targets to standardize, improve the businessoperating capabilities of the MDRS system for the region. Lead projects/themes of varied complexity and scope throughcollaboration with team (plant, IT, regional engineering) includingcurrent system enhancements and feasibility studies for futureproducts. Work effectively with local plant departments and regional ITto ensure system standards are created, documented, andsustained Complete testing, verification, and documentation of systemchanges. Confirm system requirements are met during appropriate UATtiming and assure countermeasure application on system beforechange release. Oversee standard training program for system use and deliverwhen required Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelors degree related to process, manufacturing management,industrial or systems engineering or other equivalent degree withthe required experience 6+ years experience in Process Engineering or ManufacturingSystems with a focus on the automotive industry w/ Bachelorsdegree 8+ years experience with relevant responsibilities Systems technology experience, knowledge of processengineering, business analysis skills, project management, processproject design & implementation, change management, MS Office.
