What You’ll Do:
Repair and Maintain:
Fix defects on single-needle bar knitting machines and ensure the integrity of the fabric.
Production Support:
Accurately fill out production cards and tickets, monitor machines, and prevent low warps from running out.
Quality Control:
Monitor the knitting process, make necessary adjustments, and ensure quality standards are met.
Team Collaboration:
Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Documentation:
Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
Housekeeping:
Help maintain a clean and organized knitting room.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in textile manufacturing is always a plus but not required. We will put you with a dedicated trainer and teach you the job!
Skills:
Understanding of single-needle bar knitting machinery and techniques.
Attributes:
Ability to handle yarn delicately, work well with others and independently, and stand/walk for 8 hours a day.
Requirements:
