Pay:

$17/hr

Hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare molds and cast refractory parts (finished parts weigh between 2-80 lbs.) Remove cast parts from molds and perform cosmetic finishing Apply wash coating and hand sand parts as needed Inspect parts for cracks or voids and perform necessary touch-ups Operate mobile equipment if required Maintain a clean and safe workspace following company health and safety policies Perform other tasks as assigned

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Skills & Experience:

Able to read blueprints Understanding of weight measurements (lbs., oz.) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages using a calculator) Ability to lift 40-80 lbs. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Carpentry, Masonry and light fabrication experience are all a plus!

Additional Requirements:

English proficiency (preferred) Ability to pass a basic skills test (math and tape measure reading) Must pass a background check and drug test
