MONDAY-FRIDAY JOB DESCRIPTION
- CNC Machining experience is a huge bonus, but not required.
- Will work with implementing LEAN Manufacturing processes throughout the facility.
- Assist in facilitating Kaizen events.
- Implement 5S production processes.
- Use Value Stream Mapping and Kanban systems regularly.
- Utilize Standard Work Processes to outline production processes.
- Work with Root Cause Analysis and implement Preventative Maintenance Programs.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 – $70720.00/yr. Benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K Retirement Plan with Company Matching PTO and Vacation Time Paid Holidays Overtime available Climate Controlled Facility Pay Raises and Growth Opportunities Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Burlington,NC.
