Engraving & Signage Production Team Member Engravers World 1780 Old Bath Hwy, Washington, NC 27889 Job Summary We’re currently hiring for an Engraving and Signage Production Team Member. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working with creative designs, and thrives in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate laser engravers, vinyl cutters, and other equipment to produce custom signs, plaques, nameplates, and apparel. Prepare and set up materials (wood, metal, acrylic, etc.) for engraving or printing. Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all personalized orders. Package and label finished products for pickup, delivery, or shipping. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and prioritize rush orders. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide input on process improvements and assist with shop upkeep as needed. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling materials and equipment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods during production. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and techniques.
