This role involves tracking materials,creating production packets and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation and storage of production packets, including prints, routers, dimensions, and pick lists. Oversee the raw material process from requesting quotes to receipt. Arrange for the delivery of supplies and parts to expedite the flow of materials. Review delivery documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer POs. Distribute production schedules and work orders. Review and update production schedules as needed due to changes, shortages, or interruptions. Work with management to monitor work progress and completion dates. Maintain reports on production progress, inventory levels, etc. Review final production numbers and ensure accuracy. Creating shipping labels and processing delivery receipts. Work with accounting for invoicing.

Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping. Basic understanding of production and supply chain processes. High School diploma or equivalent required Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
