What You’ll Do:

You’ll start in a hands-on role, learning the ins and outs of wood milling and production while building a strong foundation in operations.

Key tasks may include:

Setting up and operating industrial saws, moulders, and sanding machines. Reading and interpreting measurements for precise cutting and finishing. Inspecting raw materials and finished goods for quality. Assisting with stacking, sorting, and preparing custom products for shipment. Keeping your work area clean and organized. Collaborating with team members and managers to meet production goals. We’d Love to

Hear From You If You Are:

A curious and driven engineering student or recent grad —especially in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing disciplines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment . Skilled in reading measurements and solving practical problems. Someone who enjoys hands-on work , learning new machines, and seeing tangible results. Eager to grow your skills and try something a little different.

Bonus:

Experience with Weinig or Unimat Moulders, Rip Saws, or wood species knowledge is great—but not required!

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Engineering coursework a major plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in a dusty, noisy environment with proper safety gear. Forklift experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!
