Bilingual Production Lead 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars 543 12th Street NW Drive, Hickory, NC 28601 This is a Bilingual (English and Spanish) position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on the proper use and handling of pallet jacks in a production warehouse setting.
- Training materials will be provided, including presentations, manuals, and videos, to effectively communicate safety procedures and best practices to trainees.
- Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their equipment handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other trainers and supervisors to ensure consistent training standards are met across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with pallets jacks and hand scanners in a production warehouse or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively deliver training sessions in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training materials and schedules effectively.
