We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates to support a high-energy jacketing line at a top-tier cable production facility. This is no desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving materials, and making things happen. Think of it as your daily workout (that pays you).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team up with machine operators to keep the line running smoothly
Load and unload large cable reels—this job requires strength and hustle
Stay alert, follow safety procedures, and keep your work area organized
Monitor production flow and jump in where needed to keep things moving

Know:

You’ll need to be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly during your 12-hour shift
This is a physically demanding role—perfect for someone who likes a challenge and wants to stay active

Schedule Details:

Day Shift:

6:45 AM

• 7:00 PM

Rotating Schedule:

3 days one week, 4 days the next (every other weekend off)

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Comfortable being on your feet and lifting throughout the shift
A team mindset and willingness to learn
