Production-Sign Shop Assistant Hughes Industries 425 North Mclin Creek Road, Conover, NC 28613 Hyperformance Graphics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production / Sign Manufacturing Assistant to join our team! If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in detailed, quality work, we want to meet you. This position will be an hourly pay opportunity based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in the production of wide-format printed graphics, vinyl signs, traffic signs, and specialty signage Operate equipment like cutters, laminators, and printers (we’ll train the right person!) Prepare signs for finishing mount (weeding, masking, assembling, finishing, etc.) Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with packaging and shipping completed orders
