Lamination Press Operator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Lexington, NC EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Lamination Press Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate advanced machinery to press decorative paper onto particleboards, creating top-notch Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) boards. You will also conduct quality checks and collaborate with your team to keep our production processes running smoothly and efficiently. JOB FUNCTIONS
Job functions include but are not limited to the following. Set up, operate, and monitor advanced lamination press machinery. Utilize the HMI panel to adjust manufacturing settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time. Ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area. Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to learn and understand a comprehensive training program. Other duties as assigned.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
Experience in clear communication. Understanding and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn. Experience with tools and machinery.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
