JOB FUNCTIONS
Job functions include but are not limited to the following: Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the cutting and packaging of particleboards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area. Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
Experience in clear communication. Understanding and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn. Experience with tools and machinery. Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
