$21 The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in assembling and producing high-quality furniture in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, inspecting parts, and building finished products with precision and care. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented setting where safety and reliability are top priorities. Assist in operating machinery and hand tools according to established standard operating procedures. Record production data using scanners, computers, or handwritten forms. Inspect finished parts for defects, perform basic repairs, and report non-conforming items. Assemble furniture using hand tools, adhesives, jigs, fabrics, and other materials. Prioritize safety at all times for yourself and your team. Support fast-paced, precision production tasks in a team-focused environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Willingness to learn and use basic computer and scanning systems. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching overhead. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to frequently lift and carry items up to 100 lbs and occasionally handle loads up to 250 lbs (e.g., lifting and moving furniture). Comfortable working at heights using equipment such as a cherry picker. Reliable and self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
