Manufacturing Specialist Position Available In Durham, North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our Quality Control team within a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, following standard procedures, and maintaining accurate records to support the production and quality objectives of the facility. This position is specifically assigned to Quality Control responsibilities and offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on the reliability and consistency of our products. Available Shifts Night Shift (12 hours): 2-2-3 schedule | 6:45 PM

• 7:00 AM | 1 opening Day Shift (10 hours): Monday
• Thursday | 6:45 AM
• 5:00 PM | 1 opening Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting Basic math skills (addition, subtraction) Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , work instructions, and production documentation Willingness to participate in regular on-the-job training related to products, cGMP/quality standards, equipment, and processes Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience performing quality inspections or working in a quality control role within a manufacturing setting
