Manufacturing Associate 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Winston-Salem, NC 27114 Gillmann Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will support daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are maintained throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Work 12½-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days per week Feed raw materials into production machinery Monitor machinery and the production process Perform basic quality control and testing checks Accurately store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse Use RF scanners for basic inventory tracking of raw materials Maintain clear and accurate production documentation Operate forklifts and lifting equipment to move and fulfill orders Pack finished goods for shipping Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:

Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment Basic computer skills preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required) Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Positions available immediately.
