These positions play a vital role in the production process by ensuring efficient operation of machinery and equipment. The Operator will contribute to our commitment to quality and innovation in textile manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of engineered fabrics. Assemble and build components according to specifications and quality standards. Performs minor maintenance and reports malfunctioning of equipment. Mixes and dilutes acid and performs titrations to check acid concentration according to specifications Continuously monitors water and acid concentration. Splices/sews fabric ends together for continuous processing Prepares composite tooling for use in the tape-wrapping operations Prepares rubber patterns and lays up rubber bags for autoclave curing Mixes containers of rubber and solvents Follows all plant rules including proper PPE utilization and timekeeping requirements Assist in warehouse operations, including materials handling and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment; textile experience preferred. Strong skills in assembly, fabrication, quality, and use of power tools. Basic understanding of machining processes is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be a US citizen and willing to submit to lifetime background screening. Must have High School diploma or GED. Must work 12 hour / 4 day a week shift (6a – 6p) (M-Th). Must have open and willing attitude to train and learn.
