Press Brake Team Lead:

You’ll supervise a team of fabricators and assemblers, ensuring quality production, efficient workflow, and safety standards are met. Analyze blueprints and work orders to determine specifications and operations. Requisition materials and set up machines for test runs. Inspect work in progress and finished products for quality. Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements. Coordinate activities across departments and communicate personnel needs. Enforce company policies and safety regulations. Recommend improvements to production methods and product quality. Analyze and resolve work problems. Motivate workers to achieve goals and maintain records.
