The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the warping process to ensure a smooth flow of materials through production. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, quality inspection, and materials handling. Responsibilities Set up and operate warping equipment to prepare materials for production. Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment. Assist in packaging finished products for shipment. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency. Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of material usage and production output. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is desirable. Strong skills in Warping, Winding and Creeling and/or ability to learn. Ability to sew or operate sewing machines is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace. Scheduled Hours are:

Monday thru Thursday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
