We’re looking for motivated Production Technicians ready to work with industrial equipment, maintain high standards, and grow their careers in a supportive environment. If you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and safety-minded, this could be the opportunity for you!?
What You’ll Do:
Operate machines including winders, ovens, and kneaders following detailed instructions and blueprints
Inspect and measure materials to meet quality standards
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues

What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (associate degree or apprenticeship is a plus)
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent training
Comfortable using tools, reading specs, and working around machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend/stoop, and work in hot/cold environments
