Night Shift:
Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 pm-6:00 am
Job Description:
As a machine operator you will set up, operate and maintain machine to make quality products not only for external but also internal customers. Responsible for meeting deadlines so that product is delivered to customer as required, and must be able to read and understand formulas, layout charts, blueprints and statistical control process charts. Uses computer to run move tickets to be used as identification of parts! Once set up has been approved the set up person will assign a machine operator to run machine.
Tools Utilized:
Computer to retrieve work instructions Various Measuring tools Various Other Types of Tooling(such as form, shave, thread rolls and die heads) Various types of fixtures(such as cam, slides and arms Pre-washers All types of wrenches (pliers, screwdrivers, vise, etc.) Pencil/pen Grease guns Gauges Safety glasses and ear plugs
Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug screen Must be able to provide provide from of Highschool GED Work in a Hot/Cold environment depending on summer months. Mechanically inclined
