Signs4Installers Greensboro, NC 27407 We’re looking for a Customer Service and Production Assistant to bring energy and enthusiasm to the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the friendly voice for customer inquiries, the hands-on helper for sample prep, a key support in our sign-making process, and a proactive connector reaching out to customers to build relationships. Key Responsibilities Customer Support :
Be the friendly voice answering phone calls ((336) 500-7369) and emails (info@signs4installers.com), helping customers with questions about orders, design, and products.
Customer Outreach :
Proactively reach out to potential and current customers on the phone to gather feedback, share updates, and earn new business—your enthusiasm will help us grow!
Sample Orders :
Prepare and package sample signs (e.g., valve tags, panel labels) with care, ensuring they showcase our quality to potential customers.
Manufacturing Assistance :
Jump in with enthusiasm to help with engraving, printing, cleaning, and quality-checking signs before they ship—bring your energy to our production process!
Order Coordination :
Assist with order prep, from pulling customer specs to ensuring timely packaging for
UPS/USPS
shipping, keeping our same-day shipping promise.
Team Support :
Pitch in with a positive attitude on miscellaneous tasks to keep our Greensboro shop running smoothly—we’re a small team, and every role matters!
Qualifications Attitude :
A friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic approach—we value your positivity and willingness to learn over years of experience!
Skills :
Comfortable on the phone with a warm, relationship-building vibe, whether answering inquiries or reaching out to customers. Hands-on and eager to learn (we’ll train you on our laser engravers). Organized and detail-oriented to keep samples, orders, and customer feedback on track.
Tech :
Familiarity with email and basic online tools.
Bonus :
A passion for or curiosity about electrical, HVAC, or plumbing trades to connect with our customers.
Compensation and Benefits Base Salary :
$31,200/year. Paid Time Off (PTO) : 15 days per year (120 hours, accrued monthly) for vacation, sick, or personal time. Up to 5 days may roll over annually, with a cap of 20 days total accrual. Unused PTO is forfeited upon termination, per company policy.
Paid Holidays :
8 days per year, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest weekday will be observed as a paid holiday.
