NCJobs Paint Specialist Responsibilities:

• Sands and preps parts/assemblies utilizing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform work as assigned utilizing printed OPS and travelers within established budgeted hours and within FAA and standards of quality.
• Maintain customer production documents accurately.
• Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by policies and procedures.
• Perform functions of parts preparation, reading and interpreting of blueprints, engineering process and material specifications.
• Follow proper paperwork and documentation procedures.
• Comply with safety and company policies and use protective equipment as required.

Paint Specialist Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years painting in manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Read, write and understand the English language
• Must be able to learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, etc.
