Printing Associate Binders Inc. High Point, NC 27263 We seek a printing professional, with experience or willingness to learn both digital print and screen printing, for the production of custom office supplies. Some light lifting required. Some printing experience is highly preferred but not required. Candidate must have a willingness to learn, support a team, and demonstrate a “can do” attitude. Summary As an associate in our printing environment, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operation on the assembly line. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in printing operations and mechanical knowledge will be essential for tasks involving screen printing and digital printing. Your forklift skills, if appropriate, will enhance warehouse efficiency, while your relevant experience with general plant support will support various production activities. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and operation of screen and digital printing machines to ensure efficient production. Monitor the assembly line for quality control and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise. Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs as needed. Operate forklifts or electric handcarts to transport materials within the manufacturing facility safely. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety standards.
