Full Job Description Position Overview:

An administrative role within a manufacturing facility, primarily responsible for tracking the flow of materials and work orders throughout the production process, ensuring smooth operations by managing paperwork, inventory levels, and coordinating between different departments to maintain production schedules and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily tasks

• Data Entry
• Production reporting
• Production job reconciliation
• Printing & distributing of production jobs and job packets Weekly Tasks
• Updating BOM (Bills of Materials in the system)
• Scorecard reporting (production-related trended data) in EXCEL
• Reconciling Labor by department, Payroll vs. system reported
• Scrap reporting
• Downtime reporting
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining hours by person in the timekeeping system Monthly Tasks
• Production reporting that ties to the financial system
• Inventory increase or decrease due to flow of production and sales report
• Open and closing all production jobs necessary to keep the system in compliance with financial reporting
• All other duties as assigned by the CFO/COO and production supervisor

Qualifications:

Education

• High School degree, required, 2-year associate preferred Skills/Experience required
• Dependable, show up every day
• Strong Excel & Data entry skills
• Solid Analytical thought process
• Solid ERP system knowledge
• Gets along well with others
