This role involves assisting with sewing tasks for various handmade and custom items. The ideal candidate has previous sewing experience , attention to detail, and can follow instructions to produce consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the cutting, stitching, and finishing of sewn products Operate sewing machines and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain quality control and consistency across items Follow patterns, templates, or instructions provided by the design team Help with prep and cleanup of sewing workspace

Requirements:

Previous sewing experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a creative and collaborative makerspace environment
