Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated Part-Time Production Assistant to join our small but fast-paced team in Sylva, NC. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks related to order processing, garment preparation, and shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press and prepare apparel for shipment Accurately barcode and label merchandise Pack and organize outgoing orders with attention to detail Handle daily package drop-offs to the post office Support general warehouse organization and cleanliness

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Reliable and punctual , with a strong sense of responsibility Able to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision Flexible and adaptable , willing to shift priorities as needed Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes In possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Prior experience in shipping, production, or light warehouse work is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Weekdays only Part-time with flexible hours based on workflow

Compensation:

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience
