Manufacturing Associate Job Description Join a dynamic team in a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility as a Manufacturing Process Technician to support a brand new product line due to increased market demand. You will be responsible for loading materials, completing electronic batch records, log book entries, documenting work orders, conducting process checks to ensure quality, and managing batch packaging records. The role requires a tech-savvy individual with a mindset for process improvement, capable of identifying and providing solutions to recurring issues. Responsibilities Load materials into the production line. Complete electronic batch records and log book entries. Document work orders and conduct process checks for quality assurance. Manage batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced. Identify recurring issues on the production line and provide solutions. Communicate effectively and suggest process improvements. Essential Skills Experience in bioworks and manufacturing operations. Knowledge of biotechnology and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Experience in healthcare or previous manufacturing experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Exposure to GMP environments (pharma, food, med device, or cosmetic). Bioworks or Associates in Biotechnology degree is advantageous. Work Environment This position operates within a manufacturing environment following a 2-2-3 day shift schedule. Initial training occurs during the day shift from Monday to Friday, after which you may transition to the night shift if applicable. Scrubs and closed-toed shoes or work boots are provided, with locker rooms available for changing.
