Job Title:
Manufacturing Lead Responsibilities Build and strengthen a cohesive team by upholding core values and demonstrating leadership principles. Cultivate a safety-first mindset within the team. Engage in coaching, counseling, and employee disciplinary actions under the guidance of the Shift Manager. Assist in the initiation, coordination, and enforcement of systems, policies, and procedures. Promote collaboration across departments on the production floor, fostering a cooperative environment. A minimum of 2 consecutive years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong communication abilities. Effective prioritization and time management skills. Consistent and exemplary attendance record. Dependable with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to follow-through. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00

- Coverage starts the 1st day of the following month after date of hire.
