Skilled Production Operator Position Available In Martin, North Carolina

Skilled Production Operator Weitron, Inc. Everetts, NC 27825 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Operate HMI screen and teach Robot pendant to identify infeed conveyor, product, and outfeed conveyor settings, reset quantities as necessary and clear faults
• Adjust proximity switches, photo eyes, and reflectors so that Robot consistently stays in Auto-Mode
• Position guide rails and conveyor heights so that Robot consistently picks up cylinder and can boxes without drops
• Monitor infeed conveyors, wooden pallet tower, and Robot picks so that cylinder boxes do not stay on wrong finished goods pallets and broken wooden pallets are not used for finished goods inventory
• Pick up cylinder and can boxes dropped by Robot and clear jammed pallets on outfeed conveyors using crowbar
• Load new film onto Wulftec Wrapper and clear faults as necessary so equipment remains in Auto-Mode Qualifications
• High School diploma and two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment operating automated equipment
• A strong work ethic and great attendance are important factors in the success of each associate and for the company as a whole. We will conduct reference checks to ascertain past employment history of every applicant that passes the interview stage
