Production / Cutter Associate
Huntersville, NC | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $18.84/hr

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-focused Production / Cutter Associate to join a growing team in Huntersville, NC.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the first step in bringing high-quality products to life—operating cutting machines, preparing materials, and supporting a variety of production functions. If you take pride in precision, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and have experience using industrial cutting tools, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:

Operate cutting machines (circular saws, band saws, etc.) safely and efficiently
Accurately read and interpret production orders (B-rex Plans)
Identify and prepare materials to meet quality and quantity standards
Support additional production activities (joining belts, wrapping, inspections)
Communicate material or quality concerns to supervisors in real time
Follow all safety and

ISO 2000

protocols and participate in ongoing training

You’ll Also Support:

Quality control by ensuring every cut meets exact specs
Shipping, assembly, and inventory support as needed
Cross-training and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring to the

Table:

Experience using saws, grinders, or other precision cutting equipment
Ability to read and work with the metric system
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
Able to lift 40 lbs and work safely around machinery and tools
Positive attitude, strongmunication, and a teamwork mindset
Willingness to cross-train and help out wver needed

Working Conditions:

Indoor shop environment (68-72°F, 50-55% humidity)
Exposure to mechanical tools, cutting blades, and occasional chemical vapors
Standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift

Pay Details:

$18.84 per hour
