• Friday Duties Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve daily production goals.

Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on safety protocols and operational procedures. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and reducing waste. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing environment. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and inventory levels. Foster a positive team culture that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. Skills Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in using manufacturing software or systems is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
