Product Assembly Specialist

North Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 Our hemp manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work at a fast pace in a highly dynamic environment. We want individuals who are attentive to detail, and can concentrate for extended periods of time. Successful candidates will have prior experience in process oriented roles following detailed protocols. We generally work four days per week Mon-Thur, giving you Friday and the weekends off.
Job responsibilities include:
Assemble products accurately per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high focus on quality, these include tasks such as: Handling and processing of hemp material. Filling, closing, and packing joints, blunts, and vapes. Treatment/Cooking gummies. Product inspection. Follow all safety and proper PPE guidelines. Communicate with leads to ensure maximum speed and accuracy by reporting equipment defects or lack of inventory. Familiarize yourself with tools and instruments. Maintain and clean equipment as required. Contributes to efficient production through quality, safety, and good manufacturing processes. This position is Full Time and starts at $15/hour.
