The Coremaker Isocure Operator works in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment that is heated in the winter. You’ll maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the coremaker equipment by completing assignments accurately and in a timely manner. This role performs data entry and works with Iron Mountain’s supervisor and production leaders to identify and incorporate performance solutions. The Coremaker performs all tasks with a focus on safety, high quality, and efficiency in accordance with established procedures. You’ll have the opportunity to function both independently and as a team while working closely with production supervisors, leaders, and other operators. The Coremaker should have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects every quarter
High performance production on quality cores, efficiency, and scrap rates
Complete and/or enter weight records and core process information as the need arises
Maintaining compliance to process card instructions and adhering to all plant and company policies
Practice safety procedures every day as shown by outstanding housekeeping
Treat other employees as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers
Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail
Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by promoting and supporting responsible operating procedures Why You’ll Love Working for

You:
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
Two (2) years of experience detailing production activities through an electronic system
Two (2) years of experience crafting process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
