Part-Time Positions Available:

We run: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Floating shifts available – ( flexibility a huge plus ):

Pay Scale Hourly:

$16.00 (no prior industry experience) Do you have years of trade skill (Embroidery or Auto Screen Printing) and/or leadership behind you? Starting Responsibilities (without industry trade skill experience) includes : Basic and advanced training on embroidery and screen print support functions interlaced while working alongside more experienced team members and Managers. Support functions for screen print and embroidery, inclusive of loading/catching, set up support and take down. Order preparation, layout, counting, finishing/QA and boxing. Trafficking screens/goods/supplies between stations to keep orders moving. Gathering screens for cleaning reclamation. Cleaning screens with a pressure washer, printing tools and equipment. General shop cleaning

Requirements:

Operating automated and manual operated equipment, once trained. Team orientation, commitment to learn a new trade and if experienced, patience to learn our operating environment, inclusive of our inks/threads, production software, process management and culture. Computer skills, email, browser navigation, prior order/operations management software experience a huge plus. Focused on quality with a high attention to detail a must! Track record of consistent reliable attendance and employment. Private transportation a must (public transportation not available) Ability to work on your feet for 5-6 hours Able to lift boxes (40 lbs) several times within an hour Comfortable working in a frenetic, fast paced production environment. This Is NOT an office job, you must be comfortable interacting with machines, technology and getting your hands dirty. This Is NOT an opportunity to become a Graphic Artist.
