Cutting/Maintenance Associate –

Starting at $12.50/hour with potential for increase after training

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to join our Cutting/Maintenance team on the production floor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production, warehouse, or factory experience who is eager to learn and grow into a maintenance role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Eastman cutting tables to ensure accurate and efficient material cutting Prepare materials for production according to job specifications and schedules Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on cutting equipment and sewing machines Assist with diagnosing and repairing minor mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols Support inventory tracking and material handling as needed Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to improve workflow and reduce downtime

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in production, warehouse, or factory settings Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations Maintenance experience is a plus but not required Willingness to be trained on specialized equipment Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
