$19.55 per hour

Shift:

What You’ll Do:
Machine Operation & Maintenance
- Monitor safety switches, adjust heat settings, and ensure smooth production Material Handling
- Load rolls onto machines, use hoists to lift rolls, and hang drums properly Production & Quality
- Adjust blades, start coating processes, and clean machine components as needed Technology & Compliance
- Perform barcode functions, follow safety regulations, and maintain an organized workspace Forklift & Equipment Use
- Operate forklifts and tuggers as needed
What You Need:
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or textiles (rubber manufacturing a plus) Skills
- Basic math, computer proficiency, and ability to read & interpret specifications Software Knowledge
- Familiarity with Axxos and SAP preferred Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions Certifications
- Forklift/Tugger experience preferred Ready to Apply?
