About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Production Assistant to join our small, hardworking team. This is a part-time, year-round position that blends creative work with hands-on production in a fast-paced yet easygoing shop environment. What You’ll Do Create digital proofs and mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator Assist with light graphic design and art setup for apparel Operate a heat press to complete customer orders Assist with various production tasks Assist with customer service tasks Communicate with customers and team members clearly and professionally Help keep the shop organized and running smoothly What We’re Looking For Graphic design experience preferred (Adobe Illustrator or similar tools) Apparel or print production experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency with technology and computers A team player who fits into our tight-knit, fun, and focused crew
