This role offers opportunities to grow within production, shipping, and team management while ensuring smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Oversee sales operations for all pick-up orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist customers in person, via phone, and through email, providing excellent service. Process and maintain sales records using order management software. Assign and guide the team in fulfilling orders promptly; assist in pulling orders and loading customer trucks. Manage the checkout process, including handling payments. Respond to customer inquiries, including quotes and image requests. Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently. Print and organize required plant tags for orders. Collaborate with the Production Manager to collect and organize production notes. Maintain accurate production records and update the inventory system accordingly. Support additional projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of woody ornamental plants preferred but not required. Proficiency with computers and order management software. Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. Associate degree (or higher) preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Attention to detail in maintaining sales and inventory records. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in a nursery, greenhouse, or similar environment is a plus.
Growth Opportunities Production:
Maintaining liner inventory, determining plant needs, and scheduling.

Plant order fulfillment and truck loading.
