Role:

Immaculate Bites Media is looking for a Creative Video Production Assistant to help scale short-formcooking content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from our Charlotte-based kitchen studio. This role can start part-time (2-3 days/week) with the option to grow into full-time for the right candidate. We need someone who brings energy, organization, and a love for flavorful cooking to help film and edit videos

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down kitchen shoots
• Prep ingredients and organize cooking tools/props for filming
• Support during shoots: manage shot list, swap camera angles and or phone angles capture BTS
• Help maintain clean, aesthetic kitchen environments for video
• Occasionally assist with video uploading, labeling, or organizing

• Strong interest in food, cooking, or culinary content
• Some experience in video production, TikTok/Reels, or assisting with content creation
• Ability to follow direction, work efficiently, and anticipate needs
• Comfortable being hands-on in a kitchen environment

Bonus If You:

• Have filmed or edited social content before (CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc.
• Have worked in a kitchen, photo studio, or as a creator yourself
• Know how to style food, frame shots, or adjust lighting

Schedule & Hours:

• Part-time:

  12-20 hours/week (2-3 days/week)

• Full-time:

  30-40 hours/week available for the right person

• Must be available to work in-person during production days (typically between Mon-Fri)

Pay:

$18

• 22/hour depending on experience
