Administrative Assistant – Manufacturing Production 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC 27617 Job Summary Well established and fast-growing manufacturing company in the RTP area of Raleigh is looking for a Manufacturing Production Assistant .

MPA Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the production scheduling function, including printing, sorting and organizing documents as directed. Communicate with production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure alignment with scheduling plans. Responding to internal scheduling inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of data in scheduling systems and maintain records of production activities. Track work orders and production progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions. Prepare reports and documentation related to production planning and scheduling. Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency. Education and Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in various aspects of operations, supply or manufacturing. At least 1 year of experience in an office environment. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus. Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferred experience with production scheduling. Experience with

SAGE ERP

preferred, other ERP or CRM experience acceptable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles is beneficial.
