Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include operating a laser engraver and UV-printer to produce high-quality awards, manufacturing wood plaques, packaging, shipping/receiving, cutting, sanding, beveling, and polishing. This position will work with materials including wood, acrylic, crystal glass, paper, and more. High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic are critical for this role. We are a small business and employees may be asked to take on responsibilities as demand shifts. Please be willing to share how your experiences demonstrate your ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several distinct processes simultaneously.

Required :

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for design and preparation of artwork Previous experience with laser engraving and UV-printing processes Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to consistently produce accurate result Experience in managing inventory of materials and supplies Proficiency with computers Ability to lift and handle materials and products as needed Demonstrated ability to stay organized Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude High level of punctuality and reliability Strong work ethic

Preferred :

Associate’s Degree or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment A motivated and proactive approach to work
