• We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled freelance Creative Production Specialist to support our lead designer in executing and extending existing creative concepts across a variety of deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone with strong PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite skills who can translate established designs into polished, production-ready assets. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Rate:

$35- $40/hr W2

• Responsibilities:

• + Build and format presentations in PowerPoint using existing design templates and direction.

+ Extend established visual designs into additional assets (e.g., social graphics, digital banners, internal documents). + Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction provided by the lead designer. + Collaborate closely with the designers to execute creative work efficiently and accurately. + Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

• Experience Requirements:

• + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). + Strong production skills and an eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency. + Ability to follow creative direction and apply it across various formats. + Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
