Semiconductor Process Technician Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

• is seeking a highly motivated Process Technician to work in the Post Fab area on wafer finishing technologies.

This position would include responsibilities supporting the back-side grind and back-metallization processes (BGBM). and will involve qualifying new tools and processes as well as providing tactical support to manufacturing. A Successful candidate will be a self-starter, intrinsically driven to achieve process improvement. They will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment requiring strong teaming skills with engineers, technicians, managers, and production members.
