This role is primarily for the evening shift, with training provided during the day shift. A 10% pay differential applies for the night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert handling of lead-free, no-clean solder techniques and proficiency under a microscope for intricate soldering tasks. Adhere to Visual Aids, working independently while following predetermined instructions. Commitment to superior quality through adherence to established quality practices and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the accuracy and precision of own work.
Team and Decision Making:
Collaboration with inter-company teams, though no direct personnel management required. Execute soldering tasks based on written processes or rework instructions, operating under general supervision.
Impact and Expertise:
Your work significantly affects product quality standards. Knowledge of industry standards, specifically IPC-610 workmanship, is essential. May take the lead in training and overseeing others. An innovative mindset and strategic thinking are highly valued.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, or substantial related job experience. Minimum of 2 years in soldering or a closely related field.
