Vishay.com. Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Production Operator (FFD Floater). This role will be responsible for supporting daily thin film circuit production by performing a variety of critical tasks within the cell to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.
What you will be doing:
Perform accurate visual inspection of thin film circuits, on both substrates and individual devices, in accordance with inspection plans and specification requirements. Prepare packaging supplies, label product, and package product per specification. Perform a variety of in-process tests to verify critical product specifications. Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP system and other databases. Document and report inspection findings and results. Other responsibilities as needed What you will bring along: Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC. High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred. Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to use a microscope to find and identify defects. Ability to use and read basic inspection and metrology tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauge, multimeter etc. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook. Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
