Job Description:

As a Production Operator you will play a crucial role in our production process. Working in an up – tempo, dynamic team environment, your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment. Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards. Monitoring production processes to maximize efficiency and output. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Following all safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure work environment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene and safety standards. Assisting with inventory management and material handling as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related fields is preferred but not required. We welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in this industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail. Physical stamina to occasionally lift up to 52lbs. Strong commitment to safety protocols and adhering to company policies.
